What Runs On Our Racing Board

Race pages on gets bet are built from Sportradar and SIS track feeds, so the runner list, jockey, trainer, weight, draw and going you see matches what the racecourse publishes. We list flat, jump and harness meetings, whichever are running that week, with win, place and each-way prices on every runner. Prices move as money arrives, hold until the off, then settle

from the declared result.

RACING HELP DESK

Help While You Are Racing

If something on a race page does not look right, our racing desk is staffed through the day, from early declarations until the last evening heat settles, on chat and email.

Settlement Questions

If you think a race settled on the wrong result, message us with the meeting, race number and your account. Our team checks the declared result and replies the same day.

Card and Price Queries

A runner withdrawn after you took a price, a race missing from the board, or odds that look out of step with the field — send it in and we check the feed behind that race.

Account Access Help

Locked out mid-card, a device that will not load the racing board, or a session timing out before the off — our team walks you back in and keeps your open slips intact.

HOW WE RUN RACING

Fair Play On Every Race Page

We settle from the result the racecourse declares, keep every price change on record, and publish our racing settlement rules before each meeting opens so nothing about a payout is a surprise.

Declared Results

Settlement follows the result the racecourse posts, photo finishes and steward decisions included, so your return is worked out on what the track declared rather than an estimate.

Price Change Log

Every movement on a race page is logged with a timestamp. If you query the price you took, our team can pull that record and show exactly when it changed.

Settlement Rules

Each-way terms, non-runner handling and dead-heat rules appear on the racing pages before a meeting opens, so you can read them while the card is still forming.

Feed Partners

Race data reaches us through Sportradar and SIS feeds, and we name those partners openly so you know where runner lists and prices originate before you take a price.

Withdrawn Runners

When a horse comes out of a race we adjust the board straight away. Win and place stakes on withdrawn runners return to your account without you having to ask.

Support Hours

Our racing desk answers from early morning declarations through to the last evening meeting, in English and Urdu, on chat and email, seven days a week.

WHY OUR BOARD

How Our Racing Board Differs

Racing on gets bet is built around one board rather than a scatter of tabs, so everything about a meeting sits in the same place while you study the field.

01

One board, not five tabs

Meetings, runners, prices and results sit on a single racing board. You scroll one page per meeting instead of jumping between screens to compare a field.

02

Prices that move with the field

We show the price as money arrives and hold it until the off. Plenty of racing screens freeze a number early and leave it stale through the window.

03

Settlement from declared results

We settle on the result the racecourse declares, dead heats and photo finishes included, so your return follows the track rather than a hurried estimate.

04

Racing and sport in one place

Your racing stakes sit beside cricket, football and the rest of our markets in the same balance, so nothing has to be moved around to follow a race.

05

Rules you can read upfront

Each-way terms, non-runner handling and each meeting's rules appear before the card opens, instead of sitting in a terms page nobody opens mid-race.

06

Alerts around your day

You choose which meetings to follow and we message you before the off, which matters when Pakistani racegoers are watching overseas cards run late.

07

Support through the card

Chat and email support run across the racing day, so a question about a settlement or a runner can be answered while the meeting is still going.

Horse Racing Questions Answered

We list flat, jump and harness meetings running around the world, with post times shown in Pakistan time, so you can see at a glance which race starts next.

A win price pays only when your horse finishes first. A place price pays on a set number of finishing positions, which the race page shows before the card opens.

Each-way splits your stake between a win and a place, so you collect the place part even when your horse runs well without winning. Terms are listed for each race.

Prices open once the meeting is declared and keep moving until the off. Whatever price you take is logged with a timestamp against your account and held.

We settle from the result the racecourse declares, photo finishes, dead heats and later steward rulings included, and you see the outcome posted on the race page.

Yes. The racing board fits a portrait screen, cards load on slower connections, and alerts tell you when a meeting you follow is about to start.

Withdrawn runners come off the board as soon as we are told. Stakes on that horse return to your balance, and the market adjusts around the remaining field.
