Pause before void

When a server crash or stream delay interrupts a map, we suspend the affected markets and reopen only after the organiser restarts play. Partial data never settles a market here.

Roster-change handling

Substitutions and stand-ins follow the tournament's own rules, so if an organiser voids a map, our markets void with it and stakes return to your balance. Rulings appear on the fixture the same match day.

Two-step account access

A postponed series stays open until the organiser confirms a new slot; if the fixture is cancelled outright, markets void and stakes return. The ruling is shown on the fixture itself.
